About this policy
Repost21 is operated by "XSOFT" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Tax ID 311262547), Obod Turmush MFY, 80-Dakha Street 19, office 48, Bekabad, Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan, [email protected]. This policy explains how payment for Repost21 plans works: which payment methods are available, who processes payments, how your card details are protected, and how refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Payment methods
You can pay with a bank card or a digital wallet. Cards issued in Uzbekistan — UZCARD, HUMO, Visa, and Mastercard — as well as payment apps offered on the payment page are processed through the ATMOS payment system. International payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and other international cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay (in Safari on supported Apple devices), and Google Pay (in Chrome). The payment methods available to you are shown on the payment page and depend on your country, device, and browser.
Payment providers
ATMOS is a payment system of JSC "NATIONAL INNOVATIVE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES" (Central Bank of Uzbekistan license No. 4 of April 4, 2020): Istiqbol Street 39B, Tuytepa MFY, Yashnabad District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan; phone +998 71 231 19 00; [email protected]; atmos.uz. Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) acts as the merchant of record for international payments — by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay: it charges the payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax and VAT, and issues the receipt; its own terms also apply to these orders.
Prices and currency
Plan prices on our website are listed in US dollars. When you pay through ATMOS, the amount is shown and charged in Uzbek soums (UZS), and you see the final amount on the payment page before you confirm. International payments are charged in US dollars; your bank or PayPal may convert them into your currency at its own rate. Repost21 does not add any fees on top of the plan price. If a bank or payment provider applies its own fee, it is shown on the payment page before you confirm the payment.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. With your consent at checkout, the payment provider saves your payment method — your card in tokenized form, or a billing agreement in your PayPal account — and the plan price is charged automatically at the start of each new period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings: access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. If you subscribed with PayPal, some changes — for example, resuming a cancelled subscription — are made in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; Repost21 shows you the link when that is needed. Starter and PRO include a 7-day free trial — the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Delivery of the service
Repost21 is an online service, so nothing is shipped. The paid plan is activated in your account automatically right after a successful payment. For each paid period, the payment record in your account — which only you can access with your credentials — serves as confirmation that the service was delivered and accepted.
Receipts
For payments through ATMOS, an electronic fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan. For payments through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt. You can request a copy of any receipt at [email protected].
Refunds
If Repost21 is not working out for you, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. A charge made in error or twice is always refunded in full. Money is returned to the same card or payment method used for the payment; how quickly it arrives depends on your bank. If a refund to the original card is no longer possible — for example, the card has been closed — we will agree another way of returning the money with you.
Payment security
Card details are entered only on the secure payment page of ATMOS or Lemon Squeezy, over an encrypted HTTPS connection; PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are confirmed inside the wallet itself. Repost21 never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date, or security code — we only receive the payment status, the amount, and, for card payments, a masked card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment with a one-time code (by SMS or 3-D Secure). Payment providers monitor transactions for fraud and may decline or hold a suspicious payment. We will never ask for your card details by email, chat, or phone.
Questions about payments
If you see a charge you do not recognize or have any question about a payment, email [email protected]. The charge appears on your bank statement under the name Repost21 or the name of the payment provider; payments through Lemon Squeezy show up with the prefix LEMSQZY*.
