Acceptance
Repost21 is operated by "XSOFT" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Tax ID 311262547), registered at Obod Turmush MFY, 80-Dakha Street 19, office 48, Bekabad, Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. These Terms are a public offer: by creating an account, paying for a plan, or otherwise using Repost21, you accept them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Repost21 helps you create, schedule, and publish content to the social networks you connect, manage incoming messages, and automate related tasks. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through them.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the rules and policies of every connected social network and not to use Repost21 for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of connected platforms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Repost21 the permissions needed to store it and publish it, on your behalf, to the networks you choose.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may update features or these Terms over time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account settings — access continues to the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again. Starter and PRO include a 7-day free trial: a payment method is required, $0 is charged today, and the plan price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cards issued in Uzbekistan are processed through the ATMOS payment system and charged in Uzbek soums (UZS); international cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. If Repost21 is not working out for you, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment methods, providers, receipts, refunds, and payment security are described in our Payment Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Consent to payment
By confirming a payment, you: (1) purchase the selected plan through the payment page on these Terms; (2) instruct the payment provider to debit the amount shown on the payment page from your card or payment method and, for subscriptions, to repeat the charge automatically each period until you cancel; (3) agree that the personal data needed for the payment — such as your name, phone number, email, masked card details, and transaction data — is processed and passed to the payment provider and its partners (banks and payment systems) to carry out the payment, prevent fraud, and meet anti-money-laundering requirements, including identity verification that may involve biometric data where the provider or bank must perform it by law; (4) agree to any fee of the bank or payment provider that is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Repost21 itself does not charge any extra fees for payments.
