What this policy covers
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) are used on repost21.com, docs.repost21.com, and app.repost21.com, operated by "XSOFT" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
Your consent
On your first visit we show a short notice. By clicking "Accept", you agree to the use of cookies described in this policy, including analytics. Your acceptance is remembered for 12 months and applies to all three sites.
Essential cookies
r21_consent — remembers that you accepted the cookie notice (12 months, repost21.com and its subdomains). NEXT_LOCALE — interface language in the app (12 months). r21_accent — accent color for the app icon (12 months). Browser storage: the sign-in token in the app (until you sign out), language and display settings, and the website chat history (created only when you write to the chat). Cloudflare may set security cookies (such as __cf_bm, 30 minutes) to protect the sites from bots.
Preference cookies
r21_user and r21_user_av — your first name and a link to your profile photo. The app sets them on .repost21.com so that the website shows your name instead of "Sign in". They contain no token, email, or account ID, last 7 days, are renewed when you open the app, and are deleted when you sign out.
Analytics
Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC (Russia): cookies _ym_uid and _ym_d (visitor ID and first-visit date, 1 year), _ym_isad (2 days), _ym_visorc (30 minutes), and related browser-storage entries. It collects the pages you view, the referring site, device and browser data, approximate location, and clicks; on the website and in the docs it also records page interactions (Webvisor). Yandex processes this data under its own terms. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC (USA): cookies _ga (visitor ID, 2 years) and _ga_<property ID> (session state, 2 years). It collects the pages you view, the referring site, device and browser data, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and key events — sign-up, connected channel, created agent, payment. There is no session recording. Google processes this data under its own terms, including on servers outside Uzbekistan. In parallel we run our own Umami counter at stats.repost21.com: it sets no cookies and stores no visitor identifiers. We use this data only in aggregate to improve Repost21.
No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and do not sell data.
Refusing or deleting cookies
You can block or delete cookies, including analytics cookies, in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the official Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, and block Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics with a tracker-blocking extension. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and saved settings may stop working.
